In 1994, Bronhil was unsuccessful in her job search and while she was unemployed, she took the opportunity to learn how to rebrand herself, and how to create her most irresistible resume so she could grab the attention of hiring managers and gain more interviews.
Her acquired knowledge on how to craft powerful resumes, led her to her own rebranding exercise - that of - crafting her first irresistible resume, which resulted in her IMMEDIATELY landing her first interview! Amazed by this, Bronhil began packaging her own resume branding formula offering it as a service to other job hunters.
In 2008, Her love for people led her to start a very successful Human Resource company - HRM Options Group, where she conducted thousands of job interviews while continuing to offer her resume branding as a service. She also co-hosted her own job search radio programme locally and internationally.
After having conducted thousands of job interviews for her company, she realized how many applicants were silently killing their opportunity of becoming employed, so she decided to formulate
